They have always been consistently pleasant, shop is always clean, my appointment times are always kept, not waiting is huge as I find myself waiting for delayed appointments everywhere these days! A true hidden gem! One of my friends told me about this place when I moved to the area and I’m so glad she did! When I come here my manicures actually last a full 3 weeks. Jens manicures truly can’t be beat. The staff is friendly, facility is clean, and the prices can’t be beat. I will forever be a loyal customer to Mai Lien, they make it so you don’t want to go elsewhere!!
